So, here we are, son. Another day, another mass shooting. Wait, no, excuse me, man. I mean, another day and TWO MORE mass shootings, fam. Like, I’m at a legitimate loss for words, bruh. Seriously, I just wrote about the Gilroy Garlic Festival shooting last Monday, people. How the fuck am I writing about a second AND third shooting in a week’s time? For God‘s sake, something needs to be done NOW!
Ok, let’s start with El Paso, Texas, son. So, Patrick Crusius, a 21-year-old from Allen, Texas, drove over 600 miles to El Paso. Now, as seen in his “manifesto,” he went there for the sole purpose of shooting Hispanic people. This fruit loop believes the country is being overrun by immigrants and his solution was to shoot as many Latino people as he could find. All in all, Crusius killed 20 people and injured another 26.
Now, here’s the part of the article that’s going to make Donald Trump supporters mad. Yes, y’alls President has culpability in this situation. Shit, for the last four years, he’s made it his life’s mission to vilify the Hispanic community. Hell, building the Border Wall was THE major policy point of his campaign, man. Fam, as of right now, there are still countless Hispanic families being held in glorified internment camps, bruh. So, he can’t stoke the flames for all of these years and then back the fuck out when a loser takes his words to heart. On the real, Crusius thought he was helping the fucking cause, folks.
Moving on, let’s talk about Dayton, Ohio. Now, 24-year-old Connor Betts rolled up to the Ned Peppers bar and fired at everyone outside. In under a minute, he murdered 9 people and hurt 27 more. Sadly, his sister, Megan Betts, was one of the innocent folks killed outside of the bar. All I know is, it’s absolutely baffling that he was able to cause so much damage in such a short period of time.
Anyway, when it comes to Betts, he identified as a Democrat. Furthermore, based on his social media presence, he supported Elizabeth Warren and socialism. In addition, he had numerous tweets displaying his disdain for the Trump administration. In any case, I’m still not sure what this fucktard’s motive was. All I can say is, it better not have been related to any bipartisan shit. Bruh, what kind of idiot thinks mass murder is an effective political tool? Like I said, I don’t know if that was his motivation, but at this point, I’d believe it, son. The fact is, people don’t need to die to prove a stupid ass point, man. No one deserves to be killed for the Democrats or the Republicans.
With all of that being said, let’s talk about the two main issues at hand: guns and White male terrorists. Listen, anytime some shit doesn’t go some White dude’s way, his solution is to kill a bunch of innocent people. Look, Timothy McVeigh was mad at the government, so he bombed an entire Federal building. Dylann Roof hated Black people, so he shot up a church. Now, Crusius despised Hispanics, so he drove over 9 hours to murder them. The fact is, domestic (White) terrorists are WAY more dangerous than another other group. That’s right, more deadly than the Muslims they always try to pit us against.
On top of that, the weaponry these terrorists have access to changes the entire game, fam. Bruh, Betts was able to shoot 35+ people in under a minute, son. Real talk, I don’t want to hear a debate, man. Keeping it a buck, if all he had was a knife, there is NO way he’d be able to do that much damage, folks. So yes, the guns are also a fucking problem, brethren. At this point, I really don’t understand how dummies can even argue either of these facts.
In the end, I don’t know what else to say, son. Ultimately, we have a gun control problem that no one wants to talk about. We have a White terrorism problem that no one wants to talk about. Shit, Dave Gomez, a former FBI counter-terrorism agent, admitted as much to the Senate, man. By and by, since nobody in power wants to touch these subjects, people will keep on dying, fam. At the end of the day, they can take their “thoughts and prayers” and shove it up their partisan asses, bruh. That is all. LC out.
Now, before I say anything else, I’d like to give my regards to the families who were affected by the recent terror attack in London, England. No matter how many times these travesties happen, it’s always incredibly sad to watch. With that being said, there’s a conversation that needs to be had, man. Can we finally talk about homegrown terrorists? I mean, if we really looked at the most egregious attacks in recent years, they’ve all been perpetrated by citizens. At some point, we need to stop politicizing everything and speak on the real issues. Our own people are being radicalized and it’s destroying our respective nations.
So, when it comes to Wednesday’s incident, the horrific deed was carried out by Khalid Masood. As a recap, Masood got in his car, drove on the pavement and started running down pedestrians. Ultimately, he killed four people and injured fifty more. Now, it’s notable that Masood was born as Adrian Russell Elms in Dartford, Kent. Meaning, he was a product of the same land he just terrorized. Somewhere along the line, he got radicalized by ISIS and carried out a heinous act of violence. Apparently, even though he had a criminal record, he wasn’t under any investigation for this type of behavior.
Moving on, Masood’s act continues a dangerous trend that seems to be flying under the radar. A large number of the most despicable acts against people are being committed by natives. I mean, let’s go down the line, man. Dylann Roof, the Charleston church shooter, was born in South Carolina. Rizwan Farook, the San Bernardino shooter, was born in Illinois. Omar Mateen, the Orlando nightclub shooter, was born in New York. Alexandre Bissonnette, the Quebec mosque shooter, was French Canadian. Does anyone else see the pattern here? In all seriousness, the most vicious attacks in recent years were all committed by citizens. So, if that’s the case, why the fuck are we always talking about travel bans and border walls?!
Look, if people like Donald Trump really want to keep America safe, then we need to address our homegrown killers. On the real, a wall along the Mexican border and a Muslim Ban wouldn’t have prevented ANY of these incidents, man. So, how will they make any of us safer? I mean, it’s common fucking sense, son. We need to figure out why so many citizens are turning their backs on their countries and becoming radicals. If not, none of these ridiculous preventative measures will have any type of effect. Shit, more people will die and all we’ll do is argue about the root cause in the media. Ultimately, nothing will get accomplished, man.
In the end, these are scary times, son. The problem is, if we don’t come up with real solutions now, the times will only get scarier. Now, instead of focusing so much on what other countries are doing, can we pay attention to our own people? Ok, thanks. LC out.
*Sigh* I guess it’s back to the bullshit, huh? I swear, man, Donald Trump‘s entire administration is a clown show, son. It’s a daily fucking circus and it’s making my head split in two. For the last few months, Trump’s been on a crusade against “fake news,” despite the fact that his team is responsible for some of the most egregious examples of false reporting. Whether it’s Sean Spicer or Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s entire squad of buffoons constantly spews inaccuracies that boggle the mind. However; not to be outshined, Trump took his ridiculous claims a step further by insinuating that the media doesn’t accurately report terrorist attacks.
To begin, while speaking with enlisted service-members at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida, Trump claimed that terrorist attacks are happening all over Europe and they’re not being reported. He then went on to say that the “dishonest” press has their “reasons” for not reporting these alleged incidents. Now, I say alleged because Trump gave ZERO examples to support his argument. In the aftermath, Spicer was probed by reporters for evidence to support Trump’s baseless accusations. In response, Spicer said that the White House would release a list of “underreported” attacks to bolster Trump’s words.
Now, here’s where the REAL fuckery begins. When the White House’s list finally surfaced, it chronicled a mountain of instances that dominated the news cycle over the past two years. Incidents such as the 2015 Paris attack, the Orlando nightclub shooting and the truck attacks in Nice and Berlin were included. Son, there was literally wall-to-wall coverage for ALL of these situations on damn near EVERY news network! How the fuck could Trump conclude that they were being underreported? Furthermore, why weren’t the massacres perpetrated by Dylann Roof and Alexandre Bissonnette included here? Oh, is it because they don’t fit Trump’s narrative of Islamic radicalism? Yeah, that sounds about right, son.
Moving on, I find it incredibly peculiar that only one of the attacks listed actually occurred in the countries targeted by the Muslim Ban. Only one out of 78?! In addition, most of them happened in Egypt. So, why are their citizens still free to come and go as they please? Son, what the fuck are we even talking about right now? To add insult to injury, there were spelling errors EVERYWHERE! I can’t take anyone’s argument seriously if they write “attaker” instead of “attacker,” son. Good fucking Lord, man! Get this dude faaaaaaaaaaaar away from the Oval Office!
In the end, FUCK! I can’t do this shit everyday, son. They’re already closing down Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, man. They just need to go ahead and add Donald Trump’s entire administration to that list. LC out.
So, it goes without saying, but the media is having a very hard time right now. Any time regular news outlets try to call Donald Trump and company out on their bullshit, they’re branded as “fake news.” On the real, the notion of “fake news” has become so prevalent these days, Trump is making it a point to bar his surrogates from even going on CNN. According to the White House, they don’t want to send their people to a place where they can’t promote their “agenda.” Those are actual words from an actual press release, son. Now, the wildest part of all of this is the fact that their preferred outlets are the biggest perpetrators of false reporting. Case in point, take a look at how Fox News and Breitbart News handled the Alexandre Bissonnette story.
Ok, before I continue, let’s make one thing clear: Bissonnette is a fucking terrorist. I’m not here to sugarcoat anything or downplay the situation. This coward walked into the Quebec Islamic Cultural Center this past Sunday, murdered six people and critically injured five others. Now, when Dylann Roof massacred nine people in South Carolina‘s Emanuel AME Church, we all rightfully mourned. However; I see no such empathy or sympathy for the Muslims who lost their lives in Canada. The hypocrisy is absolutely disgusting, man.
Look, make no mistake here. Bissonnette is a well-known sympathizer of all things racist, sexist and xenophobic. The people who know him describe him as a dude who was enthralled by Trump, Marine Le Pen and embraced far-right ideologies. In addition, he frequently made disparaging comments about immigrants and women on social media. With all of that being said, this fuckboy purposely went into that mosque to kill Muslims. THAT is an act of terrorism, plain and simple.
Now, when Fox News and Breitbart got a hold of this story, they were quick to label the possible suspect a man of “Moroccan descent.” Come to find out, the man they’re referring to is a witness who was helping authorities. Even after Canadian police officially shot down the erroneous story, Fox News didn’t immediately retract their false narrative. To make matters even worse, Breitbart is still insinuating that a Moroccan man carried out the attack. Keep in mind, Steve Bannon, the real President, is the former executive chair of Breitbart. To make matters EVEN WORSE, Sean Spicer, U.S. press secretary, used this situation as justification for Trump’s Muslim Ban, despite the fact that a Muslim wasn’t even the fucking culprit!
Son, what planet are we living on right now?! I don’t want to hear shit about “fake news” anymore. We, the people, are watching facts and sensibility be destroyed right before our very eyes. Like, it’s getting to the point where it’s hard for me to focus, man. I truly can’t understand how some people don’t see the writings on the wall. *Sigh* All jokes aside, I’m starting to feel my depression creep back in. I need to get away from this fucking country, son. LC out.
So, I, like many others, was always taught growing up to never wish ill on someone. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” so on and so forth. However; some people deserve to have bad shit happen to them. Dylann Roof is one of those people, man. Keeping it a buck, I have nothing positive to say about that piece of shit and I genuinely, GENUINELY hope his time in prison is brutal.
Now, at this point, I shouldn’t have to tell everyone what this subhuman did. Anyone who isn’t aware of the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church massacre that happened in South Carolina must not care about people. In any case, Roof’s trial just wrapped up and he was found guilty on all counts. As of right now, he’s in the sentencing phase.
To be clear, his conviction is not why I’m writing this. Nah, what he said at his death penalty trial made my fucking blood boil, son. Not only did he fail to apologize for killing nine innocent people, but he also made some bullshit speech about why he “had” to do what he did. In his eyes, his deed was some sort of ridiculous retribution for all of the “innocent White children” who have to live in this country and all of the “innocent White people” killed by the “lower race.” He continued by saying he represented himself in court because he didn’t want his lawyers to question his mental stability. Apparently, there’s nothing wrong with this asshole.
*Sigh* I don’t even know where to start, man. Ok, let’s start with the fact that 84% of White people are killed by other White people. That stat comes directly from the FBI, man. So, who are all of these White people being killed by the “lower race?” This fucking devil based his entire rampage on a theory that doesn’t even fucking exist, man. This is no better than Donald Trump and Ann Coulter calling all Latinos “rapists” and the overall Islamophobia being perpetuated in this country. A misguided fear of the “other” is leading people to commit heinous crimes against innocent folks. There are never any facts to bolster a bigot’s argument, yet they feel like it’s their right to harm people who don’t look, act or believe like them. It’s absolutely fucking disgusting, man.
Ultimately, I’m one of the few people who doesn’t believe in the death penalty. Not because I think it’s wrong, but because I think life in prison is worse. I want Dylann Roof to spend the rest of his natural life in general population. I don’t want him to be protected from any of the other inmates. Let’s see how long he lacks remorse when his cellmates lack remorse for him. Let’s see how long he thinks he’s tough when he encounters some really tough people. Death is the easy way out for cowards like him. He needs to continually suffer until he understands the gravity of what he’s done. And even then, he should suffer some more. I’m out.
Ever since Donald Trump‘s ascent to the presidency, thanks to the stupid ass Electoral College, I’ve been hearing newly unearthed supporters complain about being labeled racists. In their eyes, they’re being unfairly portrayed as bigots and simply see Trump as a necessary “change” to the political landscape. In addition, I keep reading these dissertations about the disaffected White working-class and how he’s giving them hope. However; when I start to look at the individuals Trump is grooming for his cabinet, fuck ALL of that “woe is me” bullshit, son! Trump is everything people with morals thought he was: a racist, sexist and xenophobic piece of shit! If anyone still doesn’t understand that based on his appointment of Steve Bannon as Chief Strategist, then they’re part of the fucking problem, son!
Now, where do I even start with this Bannon clown, man? So, for the last five years, Bannon has presided over Breitbart News. This particular website has been the Holy Grail for the alt-right political movement. If anyone hates themselves, just take a quick gander at that shit-hole of a site. The deplorable turds who assist Bannon in spreading his hate speech have written such dubious articles as “Birth Control Makes Women Unattractive and Crazy” and “Gabby Giffords: The Gun Control Movement’s Human Shield.” In addition, they have an entire section dedicated to perpetuating the myth of Black-on-Black crime and proclaimed the “glorious heritage” of the Confederate Flag two weeks after Dylann Roof killed nine churchgoers in South Carolina.
In regards to Bannon himself, he’s infamous for such dastardly acts as keeping his kids out of a particular school to avoid having them around Jews and choking his ex-wife back in 1996. To make matters worse, since his appointment, White supremacists like David Duke and Richard Spencer have expressed joy at Bannon’s newfound position. To them, this solidifies Trump’s dedication to the cause. So, to cover it all, Bannon hates minorities, women, gays, Jews and anyone else who doesn’t look like him. That man is now Trump’s Chief Strategist. I want everyone to let that sink in, for a moment.
In the end, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! What the fuck, man? What the entire fuck, man?! Miss me with all of the explanations for why Trump’s campaign wasn’t built on bigotry. From now on, if anybody tries to make that argument to me, I’ll just mention Steve Bannon’s name. He completely shuts down all of those half-ass theories, man. Good day. Wait, no, it’s not a fucking good day, son! I’m out!
Let me start this post by saying, I’m not sure what America our good friend Cam Newton resides in, but shiiiiiiit, I’d love to live there. A country that’s beyond racism? That sounds phenomenal, son. Where can I sign up for a trip to this magical place? Oh, wait, he’s talking about this actual land we’re currently living in? Well, in that case, I’m thoroughly confused as all hell, man.
Now, recently, Cam did an interview with GQ Magazine. While speaking about a variety of different topics, the subject of race came up and that’s what caused my Rock eyebrow to raise. It’s no secret Cam has received his fair share of bad press, especially after the way his season ended post-Super Bowl. Even during the lead-up to the big game, Cam had to consistently field questions about being a Black quarterback in the NFL. With all of the varying attacks on his ability, temperament or whatever else critics tried to single out, for some reason, Cam doesn’t believe these shots were racially motivated at all. In fact, he stated that we’re “beyond that” as a nation. Wow, that’s news to me, son. Well, since his memory seems to be a little fuzzy, allow me to point out a few past situations and see whether his logic holds up.
Let’s start with the letter written to him by Rosemary Plorin. After a game where Newton’s Carolina Panthers trounced the Tennessee Titans, Plorin expressed her disappointment in Cam’s behavior during the game. In her eyes, he’s a role model who should never engage in any type of “showboating” behavior. In fact, she was so bothered by his actions, she expressed the idea she didn’t even know what to tell her 9-year-old daughter. Man, get the fuck out of here. This woman took her daughter to a game where grown men violently crash themselves into each other and she’s worried about the fact Cam likes to dab? Are you fucking kidding me, son? Last time I checked, Aaron Rodgers does that damn “Discount Double Check” every time he completes a first down and I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve seen footage of Rob Gronkowski acting a fool somewhere. Are these players also getting open letters written to them? If not, tell that woman to get off of her high horse and enjoy the game.
Now, let’s talk about Bill Romanowski. After the Panthers’ Super Bowl loss, detractors called out Cam for not being very forthcoming in his post-game interview. It was obvious from his attitude he didn’t want to answer any questions and his demeanor was the complete opposite of the celebratory character we saw all season. Now, I’ll be the first to admit, even I thought he was acting like a sore loser, but Romanowski took it a step further. In a tweet against Cam, he stated “you will never last in the NFL with that attitude. The world doesn’t revolve around you, boy!” Boy? Boy?! Maybe it’s just me, but I was pretty sure Cam was a 27-year-old grown ass man. No one can tell me there wasn’t even a tinge of racial prejudice behind that statement. Do I have to remind people about the history of White people calling Black people “boy” in this country? Honestly, I’d rather not, son. And besides, Google is everyone’s friend. Just go look it up.
At this point, I’m sure there are readers out there who aren’t sipping the Kool-Aid I’m serving right now. Honestly, that’s fine with me. We’ll just agree to disagree. With that being said, a Black public figure of his magnitude insisting we’re beyond race as a nation is still incredibly damaging. Were we beyond race when the Justice Department released a report stating the Baltimore police department regularly violated the rights of minorities? Were we beyond race when Dylann Roof shot night Black churchgoers in an attempt to start a race war? Were we beyond race when officers pulled Philando Castile over because he had a “wide set nose?” I didn’t think so, son. At this point, if Cam has nothing constructive to say on the subject, he needs to just shut the fuck up.
Ultimately, I guess Cam is doing his best O.J. Simpson impression. However; I’d warn him to be careful with that approach to life. We already saw how the O.J. story drastically veered off course. Good day.
Oh, wait, is someone offended by the title of this post? Pardon me while I casually shrug, son. Now, look, I’m not the guy who’s out here advocating violence against anyone. However; to be frank, if anyone out there expects me to feel some type of sympathy for Dylann Roof, I regret to inform those individuals, they’ve come to the wrong blog.
Now, apparently, while Roof was on his way to the shower yesterday, a dude by the name of Dwayne Stafford decided to deliver a little bit of street justice. A few punches to the dome later, Roof ended up with some bruises on his face and back. The injuries weren’t anything serious, but probably enough for Roof to realize he won’t be safe in jail. Side bar, I see what the news networks are doing out there. Accused shooter, son? I completely understand the “innocent until proven guilty” aspect of our justice system, but the last time I checked, this kid confessed to the nine murders at Emanuel AME Church. I guess it’s easy to go from being a “race war” enthusiast to an accused shooter when you’re White. In any case, I can absolutely see this being the start of many attacks on the 22-year-old. Like I insinuated earlier, two wrongs don’t make a right, but dammit man, a person can’t murder that many people in cold blood without someone trying to enact some type of retribution.
In the end, I don’t even think I have a point in this post. Honestly, I heard about the incident and not a fiber of my being was moved. Maybe it’s wrong, but it’s extremely difficult for me to have any kind of empathy for such a vicious killer. Let’s not forget the victims here. Those nine church members invited him into their church, into their world, and all he gave them in return was premature death. I know everyone doesn’t believe in karma, but shiiiiiiit, this might only be the beginning for Dylann. Good luck, murderer. Good luck.
