Who The F*ck Let Chuck Liddell Fight?

Ok, seriously, did anyone expect a different outcome? Like, did anyone actually think that old ass Chuck Liddell had a chance in Hell against Tito Ortiz? Listen, we all know that Liddell is an MMA legend and UFC god. But, come the fuck on, son! I mean, he lost his Light Heavyweight title in 2007, man! Basically, he was already washed up over a decade ago. So, why the fuck would anybody let him get back in the cage, fam? Frankly, he got knocked out in the exact manner I figured he would, bruh.

Now, Oscar De La Hoya is the first person who needs to be held accountable for this. Real talk, there’s a reason why Dana White made Liddell quit, son: he was waaaay past his prime. In any case, Oscar wanted his Golden Boy Promotions brand to get into MMA and threw Liddell to the wolves, man. For God‘s sake, Liddell was getting knocked out ten years ago, fam! Fast forward to now and he’s even slower than he was then. On the flip side, Ortiz was still regularly competing. Shit, just a year ago he choked out Chael Sonnen while fighting for Bellator. Meaning, Ortiz’s skills haven’t completely eroded yet. Unfortunately, based on numerous training videos, the same couldn’t be said for Liddell.

Next, I’m holding Chuck’s entire coaching staff responsible for this fuckery. Man, they HAD to know that Liddell was a shell of himself. Ok, yes, he’s a grown man and can make his own decisions. However, that doesn’t mean they have to go along with that shit, son! Keeping it a buck, if they really cared about Liddell, they would’ve told him to sit his geriatric ass down, fam. Instead, they allowed him to get knocked into orbit while fighting Ortiz.

In the end, this entire situation was a shit-show, bruh. Ultimately, the undercard was the only redeeming part of this event, son. By and by, a couple of up-and-coming fighters got a chance to showcase their skills on Pay-Per-View. Other than that, the whole thing was a waste of everybody’s time, man. At the end of the day, Oscar needs to stay away from MMA and Liddell needs to stay retired. All in all, it’s better for the masses, fam. That is all. LC out.

P.S. Why is everyone hating on Ortiz for beating up an old Liddell? Last time I checked, Ortiz isn’t a spring chicken either, bruh. The way I see it, an old guy beat up another old guy. So, it was fair, son. Now, was it fucking stupid? Hell yeah! But, it was fair, man. Anyway, we all need to let these dudes just go be old, fam. Good day.

Daniel Cormier Is Ducking The Smoke

Man, didn’t I just try to give Daniel Cormier his props? Didn’t I just tell people that we needed to respect what he’s accomplished? With that being said, why is he now out here ducking the smoke, son? Look, I’m a Derrick Lewis fan, but even HE said that he doesn’t deserve a title shot, fam. So, why would the UFC make this fight when Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic are lurking out there? Frankly, it looks like Cormier doesn’t want to risk losing his Heavyweight belt to a real challenge, bruh. All in all, he’s looking real funny in the light right now, folks.

Ok, for those who missed it, Cormier is now scheduled to fight Lewis during UFC 230 at Madison Square Garden. For me, this is a little wild since Lewis literally JUST fought Alexander Volkov at UFC 229. Furthermore, this is even weirder because Lewis almost lost that fight. On the real, Volkov was beating his ass the entire match, son. Shit, if Lewis didn’t land that right hand in the third round, it would’ve been an easy victory for Volkov. So, is THAT the performance that earned Lewis’ shot at the belt? Hell nah, man! Look, even Lewis knew he wasn’t ready after that fight. Like, he specifically spoke about his lack of cardio, fam. Real talk, I don’t understand this move at all, bruh.

To me, there’s only one explanation for this, son: Cormier doesn’t want to fight anyone who could legitimately take the belt from him. Listen, after being cleared to fight again, there was speculation that Jones might enter the cage against Cormier for a third time. Instead, he’s about to fight Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 232 for the Light Heavyweight title that Cormier is not defending. Side note, in my eyes, the belt was never Cormier’s anyway. I mean, he never beat Jones, brethren. It’s that simple. In any case, ex-champ Miocic has already campaigned for a rematch against Cormier. Even worse, he previously said he’d be ready for UFC 230, the same event where Cormier is fighting Lewis. Nah, son, Cormier and Dana White are looking real suspect out here, man.

In the end, Cormier has some explaining to do, fam. Ultimately, no one wants to see him fight Derrick Lewis. No one wants to see him fight Brock Lesnar. By and by, no one even really wants to see him fight Miocic again. At the end of the day, if he isn’t going to man up and fight Jones again, then a lot of us fight fans will continue to hold those two L’s over his head. All I can say is, based on the shit he’s doing right now, he might deserve the hate, bruh. That is all. LC out.

Stop The Hypocrisy, Conor McGregor Fans

Look, let me be clear from the beginning, son: Khabib Nurmagomedov was dead wrong for jumping in the crowd after beating Conor McGregor. However, I need ALL McGregor fans to shut the fuck up, man. I mean, the hypocrisy is fucking astounding, fam! Listen, by no means is McGregor a fucking saint, bruh. Frankly, he started shit with the wrong dude and finally had to face the consequences of his actions. All in all, I don’t want to hear shit about how Nurmagomedov needs to be stripped.

Ok, for those who don’t love sports, UFC 229 went down on Saturday night. Now, all around, it was a night of great fights, son. Shit, Derrick Lewis knocked out Alexander Volkov after losing most of the fight, Tony Ferguson beat Anthony Pettis after a fucking WAR and a bunch of other awesome shit. In any case, the showdown between Nurmagomedov and McGregor was poised to be the highlight of the show. Moving on, the fight went exactly the way I thought it would, man: Nurmagomedov mauled McGregor. Hell, after hitting McGregor with copious amounts of ground and pound, Nurmagomedov choked him out in the fourth round.

Now, this is where shit went left, fam. After the fight, Nurmagomedov got into a war of words with Dillon Danis, McGregor’s partner in crime, and literally jumped over the cage to rumble with him. Needless to say, chaos ensued and Nurmagomedov was escorted out of the main area without his Lightweight Championship Belt. All I can say is, it was an ugly scene and Nurmagomedov should’ve done a better job of controlling himself. For God‘s sake, he already proved his point, bruh! Like, he already beat McGregor in convincing fashion. On the real, there was no need for this shit, son.

With all of that being said, I’m sick of people acting like McGregor is innocent in all of this. Keeping it a buck, HE STARTED THIS ENTIRE DEBACLE, MAN! Where was all of this “oh, this is so disgusting” talk when he threw a fucking dolly at a bus carrying Nurmagomedov? From that incident alone, he injured Ray Borg, shook Rose Namajunas to her core and fucked up Michael Chiesa‘s fight. Ok, yes, he did end up in a New York City court, but McGregor was never in jeopardy with the UFC, fam. Fuck, they literally used the dolly incident in their fucking promos for UFC 229!

On top of that, McGregor talked about Nurmagomedov’s religion, his country, his father AND his manager’s son. Real talk, I don’t want to hear none of that “it’s just business” talk, bruh. Yeah, insulting a man is one thing, but disrespecting everything he loves is something completely different, son. All I know is, I would’ve been livid too, man. The fact of the matter is, McGregor tried his usual antics with the wrong dude and ended up on the bad side of an ass whooping.

In the end, Dana White and the UFC better not strip Nurmagomedov of the belt, fam. Ultimately, I know they’re looking for an reason to give Conor back the title, bruh. By and by, McGregor has done too much fuck shit with no consequences, son. At the end of the day, Nurmagomedov should be fined but allowed to keep his title. He beat McGregor fair and square, man. However, knowing White and his usual treachery, he’s going to strip Nurmagomedov and make McGregor and Ferguson fight for the vacant title. Look, if that happens, everyone heard it here first, fam. But, I really hope that doesn’t happen, bruh. Long live The Eagle! LC out.

P.S. I’m also tired of people complaining that Nurmagomedov wrestles too much. Listen, I’ve seen too many “he needs to stop hugging him and fight him like a man” comments. Fam, don’t be mad because Nurmagomedov’s way of fighting is effective. The truth is, McGregor had no answer and was forced to tap. In addition, Nurmagomedov landed the hardest punch of the entire fight. Maybe, just maybe, McGregor needs to learn how to grapple better. He’s been submitted four times now. That is all.

Conor McGregor Finessed Dana White

Well, well, well, what do we have here, son? Two MMA posts in two days? That’s a record for me, man. Anyway, today’s post isn’t really about the fight between Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov. I mean, who the fuck knows what’s going to happen, fam? On the real, the end result will come down to either Khabib’s wrestling or McGregor’s left hand. In any case, I’m really here to talk about McGregor’s business acumen, bruh. All in all, he straight finessed Dana White, folks.

So, for those who missed it, McGregor and Khabib just had their first face-to-face meeting. In general, the press conference for their upcoming fight was a complete shit-show, son. Frankly, it was exactly what I thought it would be, man: McGregor going ballistic and Khabib calmly looking like a serial killer. Moving on, more news came out right after the press conference: namely, McGregor’s new deal with the UFC. All I can say is, McGregor found a way to make White pay him, fam.

Look, it’s no secret that McGregor made an ass-load of money from boxing Floyd Mayweather. Keeping it a buck, no MMA paycheck would even come close to a nine-figure payout, bruh. Shit, Georges St-Pierre is one of the GOAT‘s and I’m pretty sure he made a little over $2 million in his last fight. Now, that’s a pretty number to a dude like me, but that ain’t shit compared to what McGregor raked in from boxing. In any case, the UFC had to give McGregor a real reason to step back into the Octagon, son. So, how did they do it? By bending over and touching their toes for McGregor.

Apparently, The Notorious just signed a six-fight deal with the UFC. As part of the deal, he gets points on the pay-per-view buys, and his whiskey, Proper Whiskey, will serve as a sponsor for all of his fights. Basically, he’s getting paid three different ways every time he steps into that cage, man. All I know is, THAT’S how fighters should do business with Dana White, fam. Listen, I know everybody doesn’t have McGregor’s celebrity, but White has been ganking fighters for years, bruh. Keeping it a buck, it’s about damn time that someone got one up on him, son.

In the end, congrats to McGregor, man. Ultimately, he may be a crazy person, but he knows his worth, fam. By and by, his fight with Khabib is going to be straight insanity, bruh. At the end of the day, McGregor’s left hand is his only hope, people. The way I see it, if he can’t stop Khabib’s takedowns, then the match is going to be absolute abuse, folks. Regardless, I can’t wait to see it, brethren. That is all. LC out.

Floyd Mayweather Better Stay Far Away From MMA

So, let’s be real, son. I mean, Floyd Mayweather is probably trolling us, man. Shit, if nothing else, he’s a master at keeping his name in the spotlight. In any case, I highly, HIGHLY doubt that Mayweather is entertaining an MMA fight. Why? Because he’d get fucking murdered, fam! Listen, as much as I box, I’m also aware of the skill set needed for a mixed martial arts match. With that being said, someone stop Floyd before he gets choked to death.

Ok, for those who missed it, Mayweather seems to be up to something. Just yesterday, he posted a cryptic video on Twitter and Instagram. In it, we can see him walking into an MMA cage, moving around like he’s getting acclimated to the scenery. Now, this is notable for a couple of reasons. First, if he were really entertaining an MMA match, he could make a MASSIVE amount of money. This is especially true if it were against Conor McGregor. Second, him and Dana White previously squashed the idea of him fighting in the UFC. So, this would be a complete about-face. All in all, I’m not exactly sure what Mayweather is trying to say here, if anything, bruh.

Look, it’s no secret that I’m an avid MMA fan, son. Anyway, while I spend a lot of time boxing now, I spent years doing Taekwondo as a kid. Meaning, I know what it’s like to get kicked in the face. Does Floyd? Because that’s EXACTLY the type of shit that will happen in an MMA fight, man. Listen, Mayweather’s boxing pedigree can’t be questioned, but is he ready for all of the other disciplines? Has he grappled before? Does he know what it’s like to get kicked repeatedly on the legs? Shit, if Floyd walks into an octagon, he’s going to get fucking mangled, fam! All I know is, he better get A LOT of practice in before he gets assassinated for money, bruh.

In the end, I don’t even know why I fell for Mayweather’s trap, son. Ultimately, this video probably means nothing and he’s just fucking with us. By and by, I hope that’s the case, man. At the end of the day, if he steps onto the mat against McGregor, then Conor is probably going to head kick the fuck out of Mayweather. Then again, maybe that’s EXACTLY what I want to see, fam. Hey, Dana, make this shit happen, bruh! That is all. LC out.

My Apologies To Stipe Miocic

So, this past weekend was a wild one for combat sports, son. I mean, there was so much violence on Saturday night, I didn’t know where to place my focus, man. Between the UFC, Bellator MMA and Errol Spence Jr. vs. Lamont Peterson, I got my fix of chaos and mayhem, fam. With that being said, I owe a particular fighter an apology, bruh. All jokes aside, I’m sorry, Stipe Miocic. Listen, I failed to give the reigning UFC Heavyweight champion a chance against Francis Ngannou. Needless to say, I was sorely mistaken. All in all, Miocic beat the breaks off of Ngannou, folks. I guess the Ngannou hype was too much and too soon.

Ok, to be fair, I was fully aware of how great Miocic was/is. Shit, he was already the champion and had to beat some serious competition to get there. Whether we’re talking about Junior dos Santos, Alistair Overeem or Fabrício Werdum, Miocic has defeated a number of legends on his way to the top. Now, despite all of that, I’ve watched Ngannou hit people, son. Listen, it often looks like murder when Ngannou’s fists connect with people’s faces. Hell, just look at what he did to Overeem, man. Real talk, I was positive Alistair was dead for at least three seconds, fam. All I know is, I truly believed that if Ngannou hit Miocic, he’d go night-night, bruh.

Now, when it came to the actual fight, NONE of that happened, son. Ok, yes, Ngannou did hit Miocic with a couple of shots. Yes, Miocic’s eye and ear did get fucked up. However; Miocic executed a brilliant game plan, man. Basically, he relied on his cardio and his wrestling to outwork Ngannou. On the real, I was a bit surprised by how bad Ngannou was on the ground. Look, he had no way to defend the takedown and he was just getting pummeled, fam. On top of that, he was gassed out by the end of the first round. By and by, he needs MAJOR work in certain aspects of his game, bruh.

In the end, Miocic proved a lot of people wrong, son. Listen, it’s no secret that Dana White and company put the marketing machine behind Ngannou. In any case, instead of caving under the pressure, Miocic found a way to win and broke the record for the most Heavyweight title defenses. Ultimately, he believes he’s the best Heavyweight of all time and he might be right, man. At the end of the day, Cain Velasquez might be the only fighter left who could say otherwise. That is all. LC out.

The UFC Needs To Strip Conor McGregor

Look, let me get straight to the point, son. Listen, enough is enough already, man. I mean, is Conor McGregor a fighter or what, fam? At this point, it doesn’t even seem like McGregor WANTS to defend his UFC title, bruh. Now, if that’s the case, then the organization needs to strip him, folks. Ok, yes, I’m well aware of the fact that he’s the biggest draw in the sport. However; he can’t continue to disregard his championship obligations and still be considered a champion. In my eyes, if McGregor doesn’t fight again before the summer, then the UFC needs to take his Lightweight belt.

Ok, let’s keep it a buck for a second, son. Now, I know that McGregor is the UFC’s biggest attraction. I mean, he’s a knockout artist who has a 9-1 record under their banner and a 21-3 record overall. In addition, he even won the Featherweight title before becoming the Lightweight champion. Because of this, he became the first fighter to ever simultaneously serve as champion in two divisions. With all of that being said, he’s easily one of the sport’s most decorated combatants. My problem is, he’s literally NEVER defended any of his belts!

Listen, after he beat the legendary José Aldo for the Featherweight title, he immediately moved up to Welterweight to fight Nate Diaz. Now, after their two-war bonanza, McGregor fought and beat Eddie Alvarez for the Lightweight title. Keep in mind, this happened back in November of 2016. Fast forward to January of 2018 and McGregor still hasn’t returned to the cage, man. Ok, yes, he got a major payday after boxing with Floyd Mayweather, but even that fight took place in August of 2017. Shit, fam, what the fuck is this dude waiting for, bruh?

Now, I’ve heard all of the arguments about why McGregor hasn’t had another fight. Look, I know he made an assload of money with Mayweather, so that UFC bread probably doesn’t compare. In that case, he should vacate the fucking belt. Listen, if Dana White and company can’t pay him what he thinks he’s worth, then he needs to move on and let other fighters battle for the belt. Shit, as of right now, Tony Ferguson should be considered the champ, son. Yeah, I know he only has the interim belt, but the organization had to do that because McGregor won’t fucking fight! Good Lord, it’s fucking madness, man!

In the end, McGregor needs to defend or vacate, fam. Ultimately, he needs to behave like a champion or get the fuck outta dodge, bruh. Then again, even if he unifies the title against Ferguson, NOBODY wants to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov. Shit, after what he just did to Edson Barboza, I wouldn’t fight that dude either, son. Look, I outweigh that guy by like 100 pounds and I STILL know better, man. That is all. LC out.
